Building on the functional hierarchy, we developed a comprehensive map of the app’s primary UX flows, outlining both core interaction paths and secondary flow types within the full experience architecture. This flow map served as a strategic tool to visualize user scenarios, align feature sequencing with product maturity, and guide incremental rollout planning across project sprints.

As the product evolved, we continuously refined the UX flow map by zooming into specific microjourneys, allowing us to optimize key interactions in context. This layered approach ensured consistency across the experience while enabling focused iteration on critical user flows.
