One of the first and most critical UX flows we developed was the core gameplay experience, which represented the app’s primary value proposition. This was also the most complex journey to design, as it required orchestrating seamless transitions between digital UI interactions and a screenless, physical play experience involving connected hardware.

The flow underwent extensive iterative prototyping to identify the optimal structure and interaction model. We focused on achieving intuitive continuity across modalities — synchronizing app-based UI, real-world movement, and smart product interaction. By refining timing, feedback loops, and cross-modal triggers, we ensured the experience felt fluid, immersive, and engaging across both physical and digital touchpoints.
