To validate the structure and flow of the user experience, we conducted iterative testing using low-fidelity prototypes, including paper wireframes and interactive screens in Figma. These early-stage workshops allowed us to quickly assess whether our proposed flows supported the intended user behavior and interaction model.
After confirming the functional completeness and visual hierarchy through initial testing, we transitioned to high-fidelity prototypes for field validation. These prototypes integrated multiple system layers — including UI, sound feedback, and firmware-level communication between the physical product and the app. As the UX lead, I was responsible for mapping the full experience architecture and coordinating the implementation across disciplines to ensure alignment. The resulting prototype became a robust tool for usability testing, enabling us to gather actionable insights under real-world conditions and iterate with precision.
