Following the initial launch, our focus shifted to evolving the user experience through the implementation of new flows that deepened engagement and exploration within the app.
We initiated a structured feedback loop that combined qualitative user feedback with quantitative data analysis to guide our sprint planning and UX improvements. A central tool in this process was our custom dashboard, which enabled real-time tracking of user behavior. Through this system, we identified drop-off points, navigation friction, and patterns of disengagement.
Our evaluation strategy was hypothesis-driven: we formulated assumptions about user behavior, built targeted metrics into the dashboard to verify those assumptions, and monitored the impact of design changes. This allowed us to measure the effectiveness of our UX interventions and continuously refine the experience based on real-world usage.
