The insight phase began with a series of collaborative workshops aimed at defining the technical requirements for the web interface and establishing a clear information architecture within the broader UX flow. A key constraint was the need for the interface to fully align with Jotron’s brand guidelines, ensuring that all design elements — from typography to color use and component styling — reinforced a consistent brand identity across platforms.
This foundational work enabled us to structure both content hierarchy and interaction patterns in a way that respected technical limitations while maintaining a strong, recognizable visual language.
